This quarterly analysis, which UCI, Unión de Crédito Inmobiliarios, has been carrying out since 2020, together with their professional development area, SIRA Spanish International Realty Alliance, allows to know first-hand how professionals perceive the behavior of the real estate market.

In this installment, UCI focuses on one of the biggest challenges in the sector: the lack of supply. These are some of the most notable conclusions:

🏘️ To satisfy purchasing demand, it would be necessary to add 280,000 homes for sale each year until 2027.
🏘️ 89.4% of professionals confirm the shortage of properties for sale, and in the rental market the deficit reaches 98%.
🏘️ According to experts, the supply of housing should increase annually by 41% for sale and 56% for rent until 2027 to cover accumulated demand.
