Following up on the PTC Policy meeting held on the 12^th of November, we would like to ask for your feedback on the following topic - the cooperation with Global Property Guide.

 

As you will know, the first joint Residential Market Report was shared with you in June 2024 and discussed more in details during the General Meeting in Munich - you can find it attached.

After receiving only positive feedback, we decided to continue our cooperation with a second edition in the first part of 2025. For this, we would need your inputs and views on which could/should be the content/data that you would like to see and the main key points that we should communicate to GPG.

 

Any ideas of content are highly appreciated by us and by GPG so do not hesitate to share them with us!
